A Combinations

 

1. Step forward and punch oitsuki jodan, left-hand guard to the chest.  Step back into kamae.

 

2. Slide in leading foot, punch gyakutsuki chudan, left-hand guard to the chest.  Slide back into kamae.

 

3. Slide in leading foot, punch maeken jodan, right hand guard to the chest.  Slide back and remake left-hand guard to the chest.

 

4. Kick gyaku maegeri (right leg), step down and punch gyakutsuki jodan, left-hand guard to the chest.  Step back into kamae.

 

5. Feint with both hands, slide right foot forward (surikomi), left leg maegeri, step down punch gyakutsuki jodan, left-hand guard to the chest.  Step back into kamae.

 

6. Step back with the left foot, block right hand jodan shuto, punch gyakutsuki chudan, right hand guard to the chest.  Step forward into left-hand guard kamae.

 

7. Slide forward and block leading hand gedan shuto, punch gyakutsuki chudan, left-hand guard to the chest.  Slide back into kamae.

 

8. Right hand thrust to the face, step through and punch gyakutsuki chudan, right hand guard to the chest.  Step back into kamae.

 

9. Sweep ashi barai and step forward, punch oitsuki jodan, left-hand guard to the chest.  Step back into kamae.

 

10. Slide forward, block sukui uke left-hand, reverse ashi barai right leg stepping down 45°, punch choku tsuki gedan right hand, left-hand guard.  Step back into left-hand guard kamae.

​

1. Switch stance and step forward and punch oitsuki jodan, right hand guard to the chest.  half step back then full step back into kamae.

​

2. Right hand flying gyakutsuki, left-hand guard to the chest.  Step back into kamae.

​

3. Full step back, punch oitsuki jodan, left-hand guard to the chest.  Step forward into kamae.

​

4. Kick gyaku maegeri (right leg), followed by oitsuki jodan on same leg, step down into reverse kamae.  Step back into kamae.

​

5. Rock back onto right leg, kick leading leg maegeri, step down punch gyakutsuki chudan, left-hand guard to the chest.

 

6. Slide back, block leading hand jodan shuto, punch gyakutsuki chudan, left-hand guard to the chest.  Slide forward into left-hand guard kamae.

 

7. (a) Step across to the left with the back leg, sweep across to the right with the left-hand shuto, punch gyakutsuki chudan left-hand guard to the chest. Step across to the right into kamae.

7. (b) Step across to the right with the back leg, sweep across to the left with the right-hand shuto, punch gyakutsuki chudan right-hand guard to the chest. Step across to the left into kamae.

8. Right hand thrust to the face, followed by gyaku maegeri (right leg), step down and punch gyakutsuki chudan, right hand guard to the chest.  Step back into kamae.

 

9. Step back, block right-hand jodan uke, punch gyakutsuki chudan, right-hand guard to the chest.  Step forward into left-hand guard kamae.

10. Slide forward, block sukui uke left hand, ashi barai right leg stepping down square to the front, punch choku tsuki gedan (right hand), left-hand guard.  Step back into left-hand guard kamae.
